Stellar photography from a true shutterbug

Chris Brandstetter has an exceptional eye for light and captures imagery that tells timeless stories. He sees the life of each setting or still that he shoots, and his photos never fail to evoke narratives for me. It helps that he does a lot of his work in and around my childhood stomping grounds, but even the distant locations, like these NY photos, speak to me with a storyteller's voice.
