Finger Lakes

New York State’s Finger Lakes, is truly a little bit of heaven on earth! Our Native American Iroquois ancestors believed these beauties were gifts from the “Creator” a signature handprint.  Geologists know it was the Ice Age that formed these lakes; giant glaciers carving the hills and lakes of Central New York.  This 20-postcard series contains aerial images of all the lakes along with a sampling of the majestic waterfalls sprinkled between; captured by photographer Matt Champlin.
